Affordable Charter Service Rates.

Your Basic Air Charter:

With our air charters, the entire aircraft is yours. Air charter service rate, 1-4 passengers is $295 per hour and is the basic planning rate used to quote your flight.

Time is calculated from engine start-up to engine shut-down, the aviation industry refers to this as, “block-to-block time.”

The $295 rate applies to the basic charter flight, scenic and tour flights whereby there is usually just one take off and landing associated with any given flight.

All other special purpose flights such as; aerial ash scattering, movie/TV location scouting and filming, low level (below 500 feet AGL) or any other special purpose flights are quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Standby time: $75 per hour and is rounded to the nearest whole hour.

 

 

 

 

  
 

Other Costs for your Charter Flight:

On flights completed within Washington State, the 8.8% sales tax, may apply. Other fees which may also apply but are not typical include Airport Landing Fees, fuel surcharges and while flying in Canada, an ATC, or navigation fee.

If the trip/flight involves an overnight stay, the pilot’s expenses are added to the invoice.
